This Edge Pro Matrix 4000 polishing stone is used as the last step in the sharpening process with an Edge Pro sharpening system. Use this sharpening stone to polish your knife edge to a razor-sharp mirror shine. This stone is therefore not suitable for sharpening a blunt knife.
