Het mes zit goed vast. Deze constructie met Zytel is erg veilig, zeker als u uw mes tot scheermesscherpte kan slijpen.
De hoes behoeft geen onderhoud.
De vraag is wel of het kunstof nog houd na 20 jaar ivm langzame afbraak kunstof.
De vergrendeling over de vingerguard is slim verzonnen en de onderdelen, zoals snaps zijn van hoge kwaliteit.
Klappert zijwaards niet, behalve als men het mes zijwaards beweegd, dan klappert die wel.
