The **Maglite ML150LR battery** is a special LiFePO4-battery. This means that the battery is protected against leakage and danger of explosion. But is also ensures that this flashlight performs better than its predecessors, the Ni-MH battery.

With 6.4 Volt this battery is exactly the same version that also comes with the [Maglite ML150LR](/en/ct/maglite.htm?zb-series=ML%20series). It is, however, also great to have a spare or a replacement battery.
