With the Suncraft Senzo Twisted Octagon series, Suncraft gives the classic Japanese kitchen knife a modern twist. Literally! There is a twist in the traditional octagonal handle. ## Suncraft Senzo Twisted Octagon blade

The blade is made from stunning Damascus steel consisting of 69 layers, with a polished finish. The core is made from Japanese VG10 steel. This type of steel is popular because of its excellent rust resistance and sharpness retention. You have the splendour of the Damascus steel and the cutting capabilities of the VG10. The best of both worlds!

## Suncraft Senzo Twisted Octagon handle

The handle is made from light-coloured pakka wood and has a decorative red ring between the two scales. The twist in the traditional octagonal handle isn't just aesthetically pleasing. In combination with the tapered handle, it also prevents the knife from slipping out of your hand while cutting.
