## Difference between Naniwa Pocket Pro vs Naniwa Professional

Naniwa Pocket Pro sharpening stones are the same as the Naniwa Professional sharpening stones. The only difference is the size and use. These small sharpening stones are suitable for small kitchen knives, outdoor knives or pocket knives. Thanks to the small size, Naniwa Pocket Pro sharpening stones are lighter than the Naniwa Professional sharpening stones. This means you van easily take them with you in your backpack. As such you can also sharpen your knives on the road!

## How to use Naniwa Pocket Pro Stones

The Naniwa Pocket Pro Stones are made on the basis of bound magnesium. This ensures great sharpening properties and little wear and tear. They are therefore also suitable for sharpening knives with a high hardness. 

The magnesium makes the sharpening stones very hard, but Naniwa points out that it also makes the sharpening stones more sensitive to prolonged exposure to water. But don't worry! As long as you don't leave the stones in a bowl of water, there's nothing to worry about. They absorb little water, so immersion in water is not necessary. Pour a little water on the surface of the sharpening stone and you can start sharpening straight away.

After use, it's important to dry the sharpening stones thoroughly and then allow them to dry fully at room temperature. Don't place the sharpening stone on a heater or in the sun! This can cause the sharpening stone to crack. Once dried store them in a dry, dark place.

Parfaitement plate à la réception.
Test avec un 1er couteau inox et là, petit coup de stress. A chaque passage, la lame laisse des traces inhabituelles. Des tâches brunes apparaissent exactement comme celles qu'on crée en passant un chalumeau sur la meringue d'une tarte au citron. Je passe une pierre diamant dessus comme pour l'aplanir et tout disparait. Je retente l'aiguisage et tout va bien, plus de tâches.
Est-ce qu'il y avait un produit dessus pour la protéger ????
A l'usage (4 ou 5 couteaux d'office, de table et un Douk Douk carbone), elle donne de très bons résultats. Mais je ne ressens pas beaucoup le retour d'information dont beaucoup d'utilisateurs parlent et qui serait une de ses grandes qualités. 
Pour le reste, que du bonheur. Elle est dure comme j'aime, ne produit pas de boue, travaille vite et bien et produit un très beau tranchant.
Je sens que je vais la laisser dans la cuisine pour pouvoir passer un petit coup vite fait sur mes couteaux au besoin.
Commandée à 37,99 euros, le prix est raisonnable. Quelques jours plus tard, elle est affichée à 65,99 euros. A ce prix là, je pense que le grand modèle sera plus rentable.

Comme toute la série des Naniwa pocket, cette pierre est très agréable à utiliser. Juste parfait.

Pietra acquistata per settare il bevel dei rasoî. Come le sue sorelle maggiori (possiedo anche la 5k e la 10k della stessa serie) é velocissima, con un ottimo feedback “duro”, satura molto lentamente, lucida moltissimo e lascia un filo davvero steso. Molto soddisfatto. 

P.s. Sempre in riferimento ai rasoî, la dimensione pocket, se non si possiedono lame troppo voluminose (Sopra i 6/8) basta e avanza.
