The **Nitecore TIP SE** is a rechargeable keychain flashlight. With a length of 6 cm extremely compact, but also very powerful. The Nitecore TIP SE has a light output of 700 lumens. Quite a lot for a flashlight this size! Especially when you realize this light is rechargeable.


Enhanced with two OSRAM P8 LED lights the light provides pleasant white light with a broad beam. As such you can light up everything within a distance of 90 meters. The body is made from aluminium. Solid, for years of use!

## Different modes on the Nitecore TIP SE


This flashlight contains two modes: the ‘Demo Mode’ or ‘Daily Mode’. To switch between the two you keep both switches down. The light will flash up to two times. Once means ‘Demo’, twice means ‘Daily’. As such you will always have the right functions close. Please note: the Nitecore TIP SE is set in the ‘Demo Mode’ upon delivery.


* Demo Mode: this is the energy-saving mode. If you don’t use the light for 30 seconds it will turn itself off.
* Daily Mode: in this mode the light won’t turn off by itself. This needs to be done manually.


## How to use the Nitecore TIP SE


With the two switches on the broad top of the body you can turn the TIP SE on, off and switch between the different modes. The switches contain a red LED light. As such you will always see the status of the battery.


You, of course, don’t want to the light to accidentally turn on when you don’t want it to. That is why the light comes with a pocket clip. As soon as you no longer need the light you slide the clip over the light to make sure you don’t have to worry about that any longer.

* Turbo: 700 lumens, burn time of approx. 0:15 hours
* High: 180 lumens, burn time of approx. 1:30 hours
*  Medium: 30 lumens, burn time of approx. 8 hours
* Low: 1 lumen, burn time of approx. 50 hours


## Charging the Nitecore TIP SE


The Nitecore TIP SE contains a built-in 500mAh Li-Ion battery. Because it is built-in you never have to exchange your batteries. In addition, the battery is also better protected against water and dust.


The head of the light contains a USB-c-port. Want to find out how full the battery is as you charge it? The charging indicator shows you the charging status. It takes approx. 1:30 to charge the battery. As soon as it is charged the indicator will become green. The USB-C cable is not included.

The Nitecore TIP SE comes with two keychain rings and a broad pocket clip.


## Intelligent protection


When you use the turbo mode for a longer period of time the light generates a lot of heat. When the light becomes too hot the light will automatically lower the amount of lumen to lower the temperature.
