I recently acquired a new knife, and I must say, I'm quite disappointed with the overall experience. The disappointment began right from the moment I received the package. The outer box was fine whereas the box in which the knife arrived was in damaged condition. Upon opening the box, I was met with the sight of a knife that looked far from brand new. The tip of the knife, in particular, caught my attention. It was evident that the knife had been mishandled or, worse yet, previously used. The tip was damaged, showing a bent tip. This was not at all what I expected when ordering a new knife. I purchased it with the anticipation of receiving a pristine, sharp, and reliable tool. The damage to the tip not only affects the knife's aesthetics but also raises concerns about its functionality. The fact that the knife arrived in such a condition makes me question the quality control and attention to detail of the manufacturer or the seller. A new knife should not exhibit signs of prior use or mishandling.
