This peeling knife shares the sublime characteristics in the area of cutting with model [RH2214023](/en/pt/-robert-herder-peeling-knife.htm). The knife is only a little bit smaller. Also, the handle is thinner. Therefore ideal for smaller hands.

Ons eerste molenmesje[carbon]  was na 35 jaar aan vernieuwing toe. al hoewel wij hem nog steeds gebruiken.
dus onze keuze op een nieuw carbon en een RVS molenenmesje was gouw gemaakt. 

Geweldige mesjes,  de Herder Molenmesjes, al jaren favoriet. Dit model bevalt nog beter dan de wat grotere, erg geschikt voor iemand met kleine handen, ligt prettig in de hand. Handig formaat, blijft scherp, veelzijdig te gebruiken.
