HORL 3 sharpener

The HORL 3 roller sharpener is the innovative knife sharpener from HORL. Instead of passing the knife over a sharpening stone, with this system you roll the stone along the blade. The included magnetic base holds the knife firmly at a fixed sharpening angle of 15 or 20 degrees, ideal for both European and Japanese kitchen knives. The sharpening wheels are removable and interchangeable, so you can easily use a HORL stone of your choice. For grip and protection, the neodymium magnets are covered in silicone rubber. Even small or tall blades stay firmly in place. For knives with a high blade, simply use a cutting board or other raised surface.
