Max Graetz, the inventor of the petroleum lamp would be surprised when he learned that today Petromax is so much more than just a light. One hundred years after ‘petroleum Maxe’, as his friends called him, Graetz established the brand Petromax. Today the brand still produces lights. It is, however, also a brand that focuses on grilling, outdoor cooking, bushcraft and surviving in nature.
