The **ANV Z070 BB Z070-004 DLC Sleipner Rosewhite GRNPU** is a slipjoint/friction folder with a simple design. The ANV Z070 BB Z070-004 DLC Sleipner, Rosewhite GRNPU, pocket knife is a nice EDC knife in the colour pink, white. With its blade length of 6 cm, it's a compact pocket knife that effortlessly fits inside your pocket. You can also notice this in the weight of 65 g. You'll barely notice you're carrying it with you!



## Sleipner-steel blade
The blade has a length of 6 cm and is made of Sleipner steel, a robust steel type with a nicely balanced composition of carbon, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium. As a result, this steel offers excellent sharpness retention as well as toughness, ensuring it won't chip as quickly as some other steel types. This makes Sleipner steel perfect for heavy-duty use.

Moreover, this steel is fairly corrosion resistant thanks to the 8% chromium content, but it's not entirely stainless. Please make sure to clean the knife after use, dry it well and to treat it with oil or wax, especially in moist environments. With a simple [sharpening stone](/en/pt/-skerper-pocket-stone-diamondceramic-sharpening-stone-so003.htm), you can easily sharpen the blade back to razor-sharpness – even on the go!



The blade is finished with a DLC coating, which stands for ‘Diamond Like Carbon’. It's a very hard coating that is even harder than the steel. This makes DLC very scratch-resistant, and this coating protects the blade against corrosion. DLC is very hard, but it is also only a thin layer: eventually, you will always see signs of use.



## Handle made of FRN

The handle of the ANV Z070 BB Z070-004 DLC Sleipner, Rosewhite GRNPU, pocket knife is made of FRN and measures 9,7 cm in length. FRN stands for *Fibre-Reinforced Nylon*. That makes it a type of plastic made from nylon, and reinforced with glass fibres for additional strength and durability. FRN is also known as GFN.
