Wanted a decent, fair priced knife as a step up from something cheaper I had been using to build some skills and this was no disappointment. I gave it a trail run on the weekend batoning through some wood, feathering and other general cutting / whitling tasks non food based. Feels like a sturdy knife I will trust as my main carry for outdoors activities. As someone new to some of these techniques I wish I had just gone for this to begin with. The sheath is really nice too. I look forward to using it more.
