The Lansky ceramic sharpening steel is ideal for the daily maintenance of knives. By sharpening your knife regularly with this sharpening steel with medium grit, your knife always remains sharp and you will postpone an extended sharpening service for a long period of time.  
  


The advantage of a ceramic sharpening steel compared to a honing steel is that the sharpening steel really sharpens while a honing steel only straightens small burrs that arose during the use of a knife. The effectiveness of a ceramic sharpening steel is larger and the result is better.

Ne répond pas à mes besoins en terme de bon affûtage,en fait ça n'apporte aucun tranchant au couteau.

Le top de l'aiguisage, vraiment... j'ai essayé de nombreuses pierres et fusils, et il n'y a qu'avec cette barre Lansky que j'arrive à obtenir un tranchant rasoir.

Apres avoir reçu un exemplaire cassé le SAV Knivesandtools m'en a  aussitôt renvoyé un .
Ce site est pour moi un des meilleurs sites pour acheter des couteaux en toute confiance. 

Excellent fusil, redonne un tranchant en un temps record sur n'importe quel type de couteau. Je ne peu plus m'en passer.
